What is Bank Guarantee Discounting?
It is a financing facility against an eligible bank guarantee.
What can I use the financing for?
You can use it to meet your working capital and business cash flow needs.
Who can apply for the facility?
Dealers, sub-dealers, and manufacturers of pesticides, fertilizers, and seeds can apply.
What is the maximum financing amount?
You can avail financing of up to 90% of the Bank Guarantee value.
Is collateral required?
Receivable will be considered as collateral.
Is stock pledge or hypothecation required?
No, pledge or hypothecation of stock is not required.
What is the maximum financing tenure?
The facility is available for up to 180 days.
What documents are required?
Customer Request Letter/Loan Application Form, CNIC, Financial Statements, and a copy of the Bank Guarantee are required.
