UBL Business Banking Portal is a one-window payment solution that offers you a wide range of services so you can conduct your day-to-day business with ease and convenience

You can access UBL’s Business Banking Portal 24 hours a day, 7 days a week.

All customers who have Business Accounts at any UBL branch can now enjoy the convenience and benefits of our state-of-the-art Business Banking Portal.

To register, kindly contact your Relationship Manager, he/she will assist you in filling out and submitting the following documents:
-Customer Creation Form
-User ID Creation Forms
-Board Resolution/Authority Letter (on company’s letterhead)

After successful registration and activation, you will be provided a username & password via email.

Follow the below steps to register for FX cases submission:
-Download UBL FX Registration Form
-Fill the complete form.
-From your registered email address, share a scanned copy of the registration form at cops.nbops@ubl.com.pk keeping your Relationship Manager in CC in that email.
- Once registered, you will receive two separate emails from ubl_digital@ubl.com.pk, one with your User ID and the other with your Password. You can use the ID and the password to login.

The username and password sent by email are for one-time use only and the system will prompt you to change the username and password upon successful login.

Yes, single & bulk both type of transaction can be processed.

Bulk transactions can be done with multiple transactions of a particular transaction type i.e. Funds Transfer, Bill Payments, FX, and Corporate Customer Cheque (CCC).

Or a combination of different transaction types can also be executed in one file.

Bulk transaction is a two-step process.

First, upload a bulk file in CSV format which has all the details of transactions.

The second step is to initiate the transactions which are listed in the file. These transactions will be processed after the due approvals of the checker and Approver

If you encounter difficulties accessing UBL Business Banking Portal, it is advised to consult your Local Area Network (LAN) administrator as companies implementing a corporate firewall might restrict access to certain websites.

Access to your company's account details is controlled through the login process. It is extremely important that you keep your username and password confidential and avoid sharing it.

Additionally, the login process also requires an OTP which can be requested on the registered mobile number or email, please make sure you do not share this OTP with anyone.

To ensure optimal performance and usability, we suggest adhering to the following computer system and software settings:
-Operating System: Microsoft Windows 7 onwards.
-Hardware Requirements: Pentium or equivalent processor and 2GB RAM. 16-bit high-color graphics.
-An internet connection (the faster the better)
-System Browser: Google Chrome
