1. What is the Travel Rewards Campaign?
The Travel Rewards Campaign is a promotional offer under the RDA umbrella, specifically designed for customers investing in foreign currency Naya Pakistan Certificates (NPC/INPC). Customers who meet the investment criteria will earn guaranteed air tickets or cashback rewards.
2. What are the rewards offered under this campaign?
For investments between USD 100,000 and USD 1,000,000 in NPC/INPC, customers will receive an Economy Class air ticket or equivalent value in PKR cashback (up to PKR 250,000).
For investments of USD 1,000,001 or more in NPC/INPC, customers will receive a Business Class air ticket or equivalent value in PKR cashback (up to PKR 500,000).
3. What are the terms and conditions of the Travel Rewards Campaign?
Investment Variant: FCY NPC/INPC
Tenor: Any
Minimum Investment Amount: USD 100,000 or Equivalent
Investment Source: Fresh Remittances received in the month of the investment.
Repatriation of existing deposits, investments from existing deposits, liquidation of existing NPC/INPC deals with the intention of re-investment in NPC/INPC will be excluded for calculating reward eligibility.
Reward Calculation: Rewards will be finalized after the closure of each month based on the cumulative investments from each customer.
Campaign Duration: 3 Months (May 2024 – July 2024)
Reward Announcement: Respective clients will be approached by their Relationship Managers (RM) for the announcement of reward earnings. Customer preferences for receiving air tickets or cashback value (where applicable) will be obtained. If the client prefers an air ticket, they can either have it issued via UBL or have it issued themselves, in which case UBL shall reimburse the same as the lower of the value of the ticket and the cashback reward.
Tax Deductions: Rewards payouts shall be subject to tax deductions (where applicable).
4. How will customers know if they are eligible for rewards?
Customers will be contacted by their Relationship Managers at the end of each month to inform them of their reward earnings based on their cumulative investments.
5. Can I choose to receive cashback instead of an air ticket?
Yes, customers have the option to choose between receiving an air ticket or cashback, depending on their preference.
6. How will I receive my air ticket or cashback reward?
If you choose to receive an air ticket, it can be issued via UBL or you can have it issued yourself. If you choose cashback, the equivalent value will be credited to your account.
7. Are there any tax implications on the rewards?
Yes, rewards payouts shall be subject to tax deductions where applicable.
