How To Apply

You can apply for your UBL Wiz Virtual Prepaid Card by calling at the UBL Contact Center 111-825-888 (UAN) or through UBL Netbanking (for registered users only)

Issuance

• Call UBL Contact Center at 111-825-888 (UAN).
• Request a new UBL WIZ Virtual Prepaid Card.
• Provide basic verification.
• Confirm your existing Current/Saving Account to be linked with your UBL WIZ Virtual Prepaid Card.
• Confirm initial load amount.
• Confirm OTP (One time password) received on your registered mobile number to the call center agent.
• Receive your Card Number, CVV & Expiry Date via combination of SMS & Email on your registered email/mobile number.
• Enjoy shopping online!

Reload

• Call UBL Contact Center at 111-825-888 (UAN).
• Request for reload in your UBL WIZ Virtual Prepaid Card.
• Confirm your existing UBL Current / Saving account to be debited.
• Provide basic verification.
• Confirm reload amount.

*You can also request fund transfer from your UBL WIZ Virtual Prepaid Card to your linked UBL Current / Savings account.

Resending of CVV or Expiry Date

• Call UBL Contact Center at 111-825-888 (UAN).
• Request to resend CVV or Expiry Date.
• Confirm your UBL WIZ Virtual Prepaid Card number.
• Provide basic verification
• Closure of UBL WIZ Virtual Prepaid Card.
• Call UBL Contact Center at 111-825-888 (UAN).
• Request to block / close your card.
• Confirm your UBL WIZ Virtual Prepaid Card number.
• Provide basic verification.
• In case of outstanding balance in the card, request fund transfer back to the linked CASA account or request a PO.

Issuance

• Logon at UBL Netbanking with your registered ID & Password.
• Visit “Card Management” tab and click on “Request a new UBL WIZ Virtual Card” link available under WIZ Card / UBL Virtual Card Management section.
• Select any of your existing UBL current or saving account visible in the drop down.
• Review your registered email and mobile number. In case this information appears incorrect, kindly get it updated first by calling at our helpline 111-825-888 (UAN) or by visiting your branch.
• Confirm initial load amount.
• Generate OTP (One time password). Enter OTP received on your registered mobile number in the available field.
• Enter your T-PIN.
• Submit your request.
• Receive your Card Number, CVV & Expiry Date via combination of SMS & Email on your registered email/mobile number.
• Enjoy shopping online!

Reload

• Logon at UBL Netbanking with your registered ID & Password.
• To reload your own UBL WIZ Virtual Prepaid Debit Card, click “WIZ Reload” button available at “Account Summary” page under “UBL WIZ / WIZ Virtual Card” section.
• To reload any other UBL WIZ Virtual Prepaid Card, go to My Payments >> Prepaid Services >> WIZ Card / WIZ Virtual Card Top up.
• Choose any of your UBL Current or Savings account (to be debited).
• Enter Top up / Reload amount.
• Enter comments.
• Submit request.
• On the next page, enter T-PIN.
• Confirm request.
