Fraud Intimation Process for Customers

Lodging a Complaint

If you suspect fraudulent activity on your UBL account, we encourage you to reach out to us immediately. You can lodge a complaint by contacting our UBL Contact Center at 021 – 111 825 888. Our dedicated team is available 24/7 to assist you.

Submission of Requirements

To facilitate the investigation process, we kindly request you to submit the following documents either at your nearest UBL branch or via email at customer.services@ubl.com.pk:

  • Dispute Form: Download and fill out the form.
  • Police FIR: Ensure to obtain a first information report (FIR) from police regarding the fraudulent activity.
  • CNIC Copy: A scanned copy of your Computerized National Identity Card (CNIC).
  • Written Statement: Include a detailed summary of the events pertaining to the fraudulent activity.
  • Call or SMS Screenshots: Provide screenshots of any relevant calls or SMS messages, including the numbers used in the fraudulent transactions.
