UBL Omni has made a landmark collaboration with Pakistan Railways for the country’s first ever e-ticketing service. Through this service, railway customers/ passengers all across Pakistan for the first time ever are now able to book and pay for their train tickets via UBL Omni Dukaan, Omni Mobile App or any Debit/Credit Card at their ease and convenience.
Payment Process at Omni Dukaan
The nationwide spread network of 36,000+ Omni Dukaans is one of the channels used for payment of Railway tickets for non-account holders
Customers are able to easily purchase railway tickets through the Pakistan Railways website and pay instantly from their nearby Omni Dukan:

1. Book your ticket on the Pakistan Railway website
(www.pakrail.gov.pk) and receive your unique
reference code (Order ID number)

2. On the website select payment option of ‘Payment through Omni Dukaan’

3. Visit Omni
Dukaan and provide Order
ID number and make the payment against the amount.

Upon payment, you will receive SMS confirmation from Pakistan
Railways which will be considered as your ticket.
Payment Process for Omni Account holders
Omni Account holders have the advantage of paying for their reserved train tickets from the comfort of their home anytime and anywhere using computers or mobile phones.
Omni Account holders are able to easily purchase railway tickets through the Pakistan Railways website and pay real time against the unique reservation using the Omni Customer Mobile App:

1. Book your ticket on the Pakistan Railway website
(https://www.pakrail.gov.pk/) and receive your unique code (Order ID number)

2. On the website select payment option of ‘Payment through Omni App’

3. On the Omni App, enter your Order ID number and payment amount and execute the transaction.

4. Upon
successful completion
of the transaction, Pakistan Railways sends
a confirmatory SMS to the passengers, which contains the basic ticket and
train details will be mentioned. The SMS will be treated as a ticket.
In case of ticket cancellation of any reserved bookings, refunds will be made according to the Railway policy.
