Domestic Remittance Money Transfer (CNIC to CNIC)

Sending Process – Biometric

1. Customer visits any Omni Dukaan with CNIC.

2. Customer will have to provide the following mandatory details to Omni Agent:
a. Sender CNIC
b. Sender Mobile Number
c. Receiver CNIC
d. Receiver Mobile Number
e. Purpose of Funds
f. Amount

3. Customer to provide biometric finger print impression at agent location

4. Customer to choose option of setting Disbursal code by Omni or by own
-
5. The disbursal code will be used by the receiver to collect money from the UBL Omni Dukaan. If you choose to keep the disbursal code on your own, you will be required to enter that disbursal code on Omni Agents system
Receiving Process – Biometric
Funds sent (from CNIC to CNIC / Account to CNIC) of upto Rs. 50,000 are to be received biometrically:

1. Receiver visits OMNI Dukaan with disbursal code and informs Omni Agent about receiving remittance

2. Agent will ask the receiver to provide biometric finger print impression in order to receive the remittance
Important Notes
An SMS notification is sent from 8257 for all Omni transactions. Additionally, a receipt is also provided for all Omni transactions. Please make sure to collect your receipt from the Dukaandar every time you conduct a transaction.
