U-Lead Management Trainee Program

Developing leadership and management capabilities throughout the organization is a crucial element of our people agenda. This program is curated to provide recent graduates with an opportunity to gain experience across three major streams in Head Office based functions. It is a highly competitive and prestigious program that not only provides exceptional training, mentorship and career development, but also equips them to take on challenging projects through invaluable coaching from UBL’s leadership team.

Onboarding

After being successfully selected from Panel Interviews, the candidates will be on-boarded

Orientation Program

Introduction to the Bank, its mission, values and core branch banking function to set the foundation for long-term success of trainees.

Rotation Plan

To provide a hands-on experience of the work environment, the trainees will be rotated among three major streams, comprising of various functions, and will be assigned specialized projects during their rotations.

Mentoring

Trainees will work closely with Senior Leadership and former Management Trainees during their rotation period, who will advise and assist them with their assigned projects.

Assessment & Placement

After successful completion of projects and satisfactory performance assessments, Trainees will be permanently placed in respective Bank functions to further grow their careers.
