If you already have a UBL Account & want to start using UBL Digital App – You need to simply download the UBLDigital App and click on "Sign Up for Mobile Banking" leading you to choose from three possible ways of Signing-up. These 3 easy methods are Sign-Up using your account details, a secure code or just by scanning a QR code!

* If you have an existing Netbanking profile, you can opt for sign-up via your Netbanking credentials

Account Details

To Sign-Up for the very first time, you will be simply asked for

Your CNIC number
Your ATM card number
Your ATM PIN

Sign up using a

Secure Code

Drop a call to our Customer Care at 021-111-825-888
After our representative has verified you through the call, you’ll be sent a unique, computer-generated sign-up code on your registered mobile number
You can then enter the sign-up code and your CNIC number to complete the Sign-Up process.

Sign up using

QR Code

This option will open a camera for you to scan the QR code (displayed on your friend Digital App/Mobile)
You need to have a Family Member/Friend/UBL Employee QR Codeopened in front of you so that you can scan it.
Once the QR Code is scanned, the App will navigate to another screen asking below mentioned details to complete the Sign-Up process
- CNIC Number
- Registered Mobile Number with UBL
