What should I do if I need to make a claim?
You are required to report the Theft/Snatching to the Police as soon as possible after the discovery of the incident and obtain a FIR or Roznamcha in support of a theft claim. After obtaining FIR/Online FIR or Roznamcha, you are required to report the theft or loss to the UBL Insurers limited via Call at 111 845 111.
How do I make a claim?
To make a claim you are required to provide following to the UBL Insurers Limited:

Claim Form (available at UBL website and the branches).

FIR/Online FIR or Roznamcha.

Copy of CNIC.

Mobile Phone Purchase Invoice.

Mobile phone accessories and box (Nominal amount from claim settlement amount will be deducted, in case of non-provision of the mobile phone box).
How do I enroll my phone in Coverage?
It is a free coverage for all the UBL Digital App customers. However, to be entitled to claim you must have made a financial transaction using UBL Digital App in last 30 days prior to a claim.
I have made many transactions in last 30 days prior to claim through UBL Netbanking(web), am I eligible to claim?
No, this coverage is only for digital app transacting customers.
Is my family’s phone also covered in this?
No, only UBL customer’s phone is insured
Can I raise claim in case of wear and tear or any damage to my phone?
No, only loss of phone in result of Theft & Snatching are covered
Can I a raise claim in case I lose my phone?
No, only loss of phone in result of Theft & Snatching are covered
When will I get my replacement phone?
You will not be getting a replacement phone. Instead, a cheque by the Insurance company as per settlement amount i.e. 50% of the market value of your phone or 40,000 whichever is lower.
How many days do I have to file a claim for my phone?
Claims must be reported within 7 days of the date of loss.
Which makes and models of mobile phones are covered?
All makes and models of smartphones purchased within the Pakistan are covered.
Is there a limit on the number of claims I can make?
Yes, a customer can make one claim in 12 months.
Do I need a proof of purchase if I make a claim?
Yes, you must have a proof of purchase for your mobile phone if you wish to make a claim. The proof of purchase must provide evidence that you own the phone.
How do I make a complaint?

How long will it take for my claim to be processed?
Insurance company cannot begin to assess your claim until they have received the fully completed claim form and all the required supporting documentation. Not completing the claim form fully or not providing all the required supporting documentation will delay the assessment of your claim.
Once they have the fully completed claim form and all required supporting documentation, your claim will be assessed within 3 working days and you will be informed whether your claim has been authorized or not.
If authorized, payment will be arranged the settlement amount will be credited in your account within 15 days of authorization.
I have a Joint account with my brother at UBL, will mobile phone of both of us be covered?
In case of joint account cell phone of primary account holder will be covered.
