Divisional Head – Business Risk Review (BRR) & Credit Operations Audit
- Over 15 years of professional experience in audit, risk management and credit review. |

Divisional Head – Financial Management Audit
Job Summary:
Dynamic leader to spearhead financial and management audits to strengthen risk management and enhance governance and compliance across Head Office functions of the Bank.
Develop and execute audit plans, identify risks and recommend corrective actions and operational efficiencies.
Lead consulting reviews to enhance shareholder value.
Ensure regulatory compliance, uphold high audit standards and refine methodologies. Conduct unplanned audits as needed and oversee team development through recruitment, training, and succession planning.
Present key audit findings at Management Committees.
Divisional Head – Information Technology (IT) & Information Security (IS) Audit
Job Summary:
Develop and execute IT & IS audit plans based on the latest cutting edge and emerging information technology and cyber security risks.
Lead the IT audit team, assess complex IT infrastructure and Applications for internal control weaknesses. Evaluate the Bank’s security posture within the Bank and recommend improvements.
Ensure timely and high quality audit reporting, track and resolve audit findings and validate regulatory compliance observations.
Present key audit findings at Management Committees.
Train and mentor staff to become an industry leading IT and IS Audit team.
Divisional Head – Business Risk Review (BRR) & Credit Operations Audit
Job Summary:
Lead independent assessments of credit reviews, loan quality and lending activities to ensure effective risk management and compliance. Develop and execute risk assessment plans, oversee loan reviews, and provide independent credit risk evaluations. Monitor loan portfolios, and collaborate with internal teams, regulators, and external reviewers to uphold compliance standards.
Present key audit findings at Management Committees.
