As a Phone Banker, you will be responsible for answering customer calls, addressing inquiries, and resolving issues in a professional and empathetic manner. This role requires individuals who can work effectively in a team environment and are flexible to work in rotational shifts.
Key Responsibilities:
- Handle inbound customer calls based in UAE, Qatar, Bahrain and provide high-quality service by addressing requests, complaints, and inquiries
- Resolve customer issues in a courteous and empathetic manner, ensuring customer satisfaction
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and transactions
- Work collaboratively within a team to ensure smooth operations and meet performance goals
- Provide information and assistance regarding UBL services, products, and processes
- Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and customer service standards.
