Required Skills and Qualifications:

Language Skills: Fluent in Arabic (required), with preference given to candidates who are fluent in both Arabic and English
Customer Service: Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to handle customer requests and complaints effectively
Teamwork: Ability to work well within a team and contribute to a positive work environment
Flexibility: Willingness to work in rotational shifts as per business requirements.
Experience: Minimum 1 year of experience in a contact center or customer service role (preferred but not mandatory)
Technical Proficiency: Good working knowledge of the full MS Office suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).

This role requires individuals who can work effectively in a team environment and are flexible to work in rotational shifts.

Key Responsibilities:

- Handle inbound customer calls based in UAE, Qatar, Bahrain and provide high-quality service by addressing requests, complaints, and inquiries
- Resolve customer issues in a courteous and empathetic manner, ensuring customer satisfaction
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and transactions
- Work collaboratively within a team to ensure smooth operations and meet performance goals
- Provide information and assistance regarding UBL services, products, and processes
- Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and customer service standards.
