Eligibility Criteria: |
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree from HEC recognized university
- 3 to 4 years’ experience in BCP or other relevant field

Key Responsibilities: |
|
The incumbent will be responsible to organize & manage critical business functions to identify acceptable recovery time periods and resource requirements. Conduct simulation exercises to test the adequacy of existing plans and strategies, updating BCP Documents.
- Facilitate critical units to update their BIAs / BRPs document on an annual basis.
- Arrange and facilitate the BCP simulation exercises of all critical units.
- Coordination with IT, Branches and other stake holders for DR activities.
- Update the BCP documents periodically in consultation with relevant departments.
- Assists Head BCP for the delivery of BCP related presentations and follow-up of the relevant action items.
- Coordinate with Internal & External Auditors for necessary updates and queries on BCP matters.
- Arrange / conduct various BCP related training sessions.
- Coordinate with Branches and Departments in case of any disruptive events.
- Coordinate with Security Department for evacuation drills.
- Provide assistance in handling of any other tasks assigned by Head BCP.
