Key Responsibilities: |
|
- Strategic Leadership: Develop and execute the sales strategy for RDA customers across all socio economic target segment, aligning with the Product’s overall goals and budgetary targets.
- Team Management: Lead, mentor, and develop a high-performing sales team to achieve and exceed targets. Foster a culture of collaboration, accountability, and continuous improvement.
- Customer Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with overseas clients, ensuring exceptional service delivery and customer satisfaction.
- Market Analysis: Conduct thorough market research to identify trends, opportunities, and competitive positioning within international banking.
- Sales Performance Monitoring: Track sales performance metrics, analyze results, and implement strategies to optimize sales effectiveness.
- Collaboration: Work closely with other departments (e.g., marketing, compliance, operations) to ensure seamless service delivery and support for overseas clients.
- Compliance & Risk Management: Ensure that all sales activities comply with regulatory requirements and internal policies,
Required Knowledge & Skill Set
- The candidate must possess knowledge of the Roshan Digital Account domain, SBP framework and overseas Pakistanis landscape and evolving global trends.
- The individual must be self-motivated, self-directed and able to lead a team of creative product and relationship management individuals.
- Should be well versed with budgeting and be able to effectively manage resources.
- Strong industry acumen of the industry and familiarity with key market players.
- Must be able to collaborate with cross-functional teams and lead from the front.
Must be willing to take calculated risks and manage expectations of both internal and external stakeholders.
