- Minimum Bachelors from HEC recognized university
- Minimum experience 1-2 years of experience required in Trade Operations Services

| Key Responsibilities: |

The incumbent will be responsible for processing and delivery of all trade services products related to the assigned team within the agreed service standard.
- To ensure proper lodgement of the documents in core banking system.
- To be well equipped of the SOPs & Regulations.
- Forward discrepancies /SWIFT messages to branches & business units for timely resolution.
- To ensure handling of routine tasks smoothly.
- To ensure proper Liaison with supporting units for completion of documents within time frame.
- Ensure proper scrutiny of documents.
- Preparation of SWIFT messages & follow ups.
- Ensure recovery of charges as per SOC.
- To be in sync with Branches and Business with regards to pursuing common objective of accurate and timely processing of customer request within the approved procedural frame work.
- To ensure proper follow ups are in place.
- Ensure proper recovery of quarterly mark up.
