- Develop and implement strategies to increase cross-selling of digital banking products to existing customers.
- Analyze customer data to identify opportunities for enhancing product offerings and improving customer experience.
- Collaborate with marketing and sales teams to design and execute promotional campaigns for digital banking products.
- Monitor and report on the effectiveness of cross-selling initiatives, providing insights for continuous improvement.
- Train and support branch staff in effectively promoting digital banking solutions.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders to drive collaboration and success.
