Key Responsibilities:
 
UBL is looking to hire suitable candidates for the position of Assistant Manager - Digital Penetration. The resource would be responsible for coaching, inspiring and motivating the sales team. Floor Management, Sales training, development, and performance management. Represent the brand during all customer and prospect interactions, developing sales strategies to guarantee success and growth, forecasting and analyzing sales data.

- Achieve required service and sales standards such as call volume, courtesy, productivity accuracy and other factors by the team.
- Implement actions for performance improvement such as feedback delivery, motivational exercises, etc.
- Come up with findings and analysis thereby ensuring compliance.
- Plan ahead for new campaign targets and ensure availability and preparation of resources.
- Team grooming and implementing team activities for motivation to achieve targets
- Keep strong monitoring over team members to ensure regulatory compliance
