Minimum Qualifications:
- At least 16 years of education completed from any reputed institution (HEC recognized). Extra edge will be given to those pursuing higher education.

Minimum Experience:
- Fresh or up to 3 years of relevant experience 

Job Specific Skills:
- MS Excel proficiency is a must (at least 7/10)
- Good command on MS Word & MS Power Point
- Excellent command on professional English (Verbal & Written) (at least 7/10)
- Data Analytics 

Additional Requirement:
- Personal Conveyance (Bike or Car) & Valid Driving License
Key Responsibilities:
 
This job entails role of Data Analyst & Office Manager combined together as one role. The person hired for this role will be managing different Data Banks/MIS for DCEO and design reports & presentations out of it to assess performances & results along with managing DCEO office administratively. He/she will also be responsible for coordinating with all relevant (internal/external) offices/individuals in order to get DCEO’s plans and instructions executed successfully.

- Develop & Maintain different MIS’s/Dashboards upon advice of DCEO. Perform analysis on data to reflect on behaviour/trends from given information. 
- Consolidate and convert statistics, business figures and data (like budgets, targets, results) into more meaningful representations for better understanding of the flow of these numbers and their outcomes in the course of action. Also to determine any improvements needed. 
- Coordinate with IBG Field Team & HO departments for data collection & review, developing different reports, feedbacks, updates and follow ups in order to consolidate desired information for DCEO’s review.
- Draft emails, letters, memos & other written messages released from DCEO office.
- Design presentations & reports for DCEO. 
- Create process flows for different tasks/projects to standardize their execution across the board.
- Provide all the professional support and assistance to the line manager that may include any job related to banking.
- Maintain and update schedule of all engagements/meetings and intimate the same to DCEO & all participants well before the respective engagement/meeting.
- Attend all the phone calls and note down messages for DCEO. Manage the visitors.
- Maintain travel itinerary and supervise travel & Logistic arrangements.
- Schedule appointments, meetings and interviews for DCEO and maintain his calendar. Also manage timely signing of documents and their tracking via MIS.
- Manage all administrative tasks of DCEO office.
- Perform all job related tasks assigned by line manager.
