• Proven experience as a Project Director or similar leadership role in managing large-scale construction projects.
• In-depth knowledge of construction management principles, practices, and techniques.
• Strong leadership and interpersonal skills with the ability to motivate and inspire teams.
• Excellent problem-solving and decision-making abilities.
• Proficiency in project management software and tools.
• Exceptional communication and negotiation skills.

Key Responsibilities:
 
We are seeking a highly experienced Project Director to lead and oversee the construction of a mega project. The Project Director will be responsible for managing all aspects of the project from inception to completion, ensuring that it is delivered on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards. This role requires strong leadership skills, extensive project management expertise, and the ability to collaborate effectively with various stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities:

1- Project Planning and Strategy:
       -Develop a comprehensive project plan and strategy in collaboration with senior management and stakeholders.
       -Define project objectives, deliverables, timelines, and budget allocations.

2- Team Leadership and Management:
- Build and lead a multidisciplinary project team, including architects, engineers, contractors, and consultants.
- Provide guidance, motivation, and mentoring to team members to ensure optimal performance and cohesion.

3- Stakeholder Engagement:
- Serve as the primary point of contact for stakeholders, including clients, investors, government officials, and community representatives.
- Communicate project progress, challenges, and milestones effectively and transparently.

4- Budget and Resource Management:
- Develop and manage the project budget, including cost estimation, tracking expenses, and forecasting financial requirements.
- Allocate resources efficiently and ensure procurement of materials and services as per project needs.

5- Risk Management:
- Identify potential risks and challenges throughout the project lifecycle.
- Implement risk mitigation strategies and contingency plans to minimize disruptions and ensure project continuity.

6- Quality Assurance and Compliance:
        - Establish quality standards and ensure adherence to regulatory requirements, building codes, and safety protocols.
- Conduct regular inspections and audits to monitor construction progress and compliance with specifications.

7- Contract Negotiation and Administration:
- Negotiate contracts with vendors, subcontractors, and service providers.
        - Oversee contract administration, including reviewing terms, conditions, and performance metrics.

8- Reporting and Documentation:
- Prepare comprehensive progress reports, presentations, and documentation for internal and external stakeholders.
- Maintain accurate records of project activities, expenditures, and achievements.
