Minimum Qualifications: Preferably Graduate in IT Field
Minimum Experience: 1 year or fresh
Job Specific Skills: Hardware \ Software knowledge & Troubleshooting skills.

Key Responsibilities: |
|
- Trouble-shooting thru remote session or visiting users so as complaint is attended in defined TAT, as instructed by DOM
- OS Installations, upgrades, deployment, maintenance hardware & Software’s support
- Daily SOD/EOD support to branches including Year-end and half year support
- Provide support to different desktop applications which are being used in Head office, branches and other locations of the Bank.
- Coordination with vendors for hardware repairing, part replacement & warranty claim
- Ensuring IS Compliance thus only authorized software and tools are used.
- SMART Phone & Tablet configuration with support
- UBL Projects & Special Tasks.
- HO/Branches/Back Office Departments BCP activity
- HO Compliance 24 X 7 support activity
- Branch IT infrastructure revamping, Branch/Back offices Network, IP Phone deployment, ATM, Hajj operation and other IT related Supports
- Periodic visits to the branches / sub-offices and ensure every branch / sub-office of his domain is visited during the quarter and duly signed visit report is submitted.
- WebEx, Zoom & other Audio/Video conferencing support including BoD meetings
- Inventory management
