Credit of funds can be immediate as soon as the Account is established. Whereas, first withdrawal of funds can be made soon after receiving the welcome pack, which approximately takes up to 5 to 7 working days. Subsequent, withdrawals will be as and when required by the Beneficiary.

UBL Debit Card can be utilized for cash withdrawal, funds transfer, POS transaction and utility bills payment. Will Zakat be applicable on UBL Tezraftaar Asaan Account?

UBL Tezraftaar Asaan Current Account is exempted from Zakat deduction. However, on 1st Ramadan, Zakat wherever applicable (2.5%) shall be deducted on valuation date from UBL Tezraftaar Saving Account having balance in excess of the exempted limit as declared for that particular Zakat year or as declared by the relevant authorities from time to time. Declaration on prescribed Performa for exemption of deduction of Zakat will be submitted by the customer to relevant branch at least one month prior to the valuation date or as per Zakat rules applicable from time to time.

How can One get the cheque book activated of UBL Tezraftaar Asaan Account?

Cheque book can be activated through UBL Digital App or through UBL dedicated call center 24/7 @ 021-111-825-888. Also, you can visit your parent branch for cheque book activation.

Where will I get the ATM PIN for my UBL Tezraftaar Asaan Account debit card?

ATM PIN can be generated through IVR (Interactive Voice Recording) by calling our Contact Centre @ 021-111-825-888.

What should I do if I lose my ATM PIN for my UBL Tezraftaar Asaan Account debit card?

One can call the Contact Centre at 021-111-825-888 and set a new PIN for through IVR.

What to do if I lose my UBL Debit Card?

It is important that one should report the loss immediately by calling Phone Banking @ 021-111-825-888. Phone banking representative will block the card and raise a request for its replacement. One will receive the card in 7-10 business days from the respective branch or in special cases via mail to your latest updated address.

What are the charges of UBL Debit Card?

UBL Debit Card is free of charge as per the prevailing Schedule of Charges.

What are the charges for conducting transaction on ATMs in Pakistan?

Transactional charges are applicable as per prevailing Schedule of Charges.
